This white wine made of the red variety of Tyrnavos Black Muscat (blanc de noir) is the innovative expression of this unique variety that has become very popular among connoisseurs of fine wines. Tyrnavos Coop is one of the few in the world, if not the only one, that cultivates Black Muscat and vinifies it.
Red grapes are carefully hand-picked and handled. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperatures to give white wine.
